Each cottage and villa are one-of-a-kind; creating privacy and convenient access to all of our onsite amenities. Our welcoming Hideaways services make for a relaxed and comforting vacation.
Island Time Villas offer a greater amount of privacy on the hillside, with the same wonderful features, at a more affordable rate. Each villa is decorated with an island feel, many villas offer ocean and/or garden views from the attached patio. We want your villa to become your private retreat for the duration of your stay, this is why our pre-arrival services ensure that your villa is ready and maintained.

Hideaways offers guests a variety of options including cottages and villas in studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom options. Waterfront units include pool side access and ocean views, as well as our tropical garden view locations. Hideaways is a full service resort with many of our properties complete with a full kitchen or kitchenette.

Our Vacation Properties
Hideaways is a fairly large property, divided between the generally quiet main road of Exuma. The resort office, restaurant, pool, beach, and other amenities are all located on the East side of the road, often being referred to as the ‘Oceanside’ of the property. All villas located on the west side of the road are referred to as the ‘Island Time Villas’ of the property. The Island Time Villas’ accommodations are located directly across the road and host the main parking lot for vehicles belonging to all units. All properties that are within Island Time Villas are only a short walk across the road to the oceanside of Hideaways.

Hillside Vacation Rentals
Hideaway’s Hillside rental units feature harbour or garden views. Our hillside rates are designed to make these vacation lodgings accessible on almost any budget. Villas, which are available in 1 and 2 bedroom layouts, come with a full clean kitchen, perfect for storing groceries and making meals. The studio rentals, which are 1 and 2 bedroom cottages, include a simpler kitchenette ideal for storage of grocery necessities and for assembling small meals.
Our hillside rentals afford access to Palm Bay Beach Club facilities. Bed liners, towels, cookware and tableware are supplied along with pre-arrival housekeeping to ensure that your accommodations are clean and welcoming.
The hillside locations offer a great place to stay while you enjoy what the island of Exuma has to offer. These Hillside rooms provide a more simplified suite of services than are offered with the beachside room options.
